Booking Terms & Conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will b e charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 60 days before arrival.

No parties and no pets are allowed
Grace Period
No feed charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
Advance Cancellation
No fees charged for bookings cancelled 12 weeks before arrival
WE REQUIRE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR GUESTS:
Guests pay a deposit guarantee: as much as one night and not less than 300€.
You collect your damage deposit by: Bank transfer or cash.
You collect this from your guests: Upon arrival.
You return your damage deposit by: Bank transfer or cash.
You return this to your guests: The day they check-out.
